How it works
Ordering custom smart shades is simple. Here’s the full process from start to finish.

Customize your shade
On any product page, choose the fabric color, enter your exact window size (in cm, fractions allowed), and pick your motor and installation options. The price updates as you go. Choosing professional installation? Leave the size alone — we measure your windows for you.

Add to cart & place your order
Add one or more configured shades to your cart. At checkout we confirm your contact details and address, then create your order.

Professional installation: we measure first
If any shade is professionally installed, we take its measurements ourselves. You pay the installation fee up front to book the visit — that fee is not refundable, because it covers the visit — and we confirm your final price and deposit straight after we’ve measured.

Send a 30% deposit
Once your order has a price, you’ll see clear instructions and a QR code to send a 30% deposit. Payment is handled outside the website — just scan, pay, and note your order number.

We confirm & start production
Once we receive your deposit, we mark your order as confirmed and you get an email. Then we build your shades to size.

Ready — we call you
When your shades are ready you’ll get a notification, and we’ll call you to arrange a convenient time.

Delivery or installation & final payment
We deliver or professionally install your shades depending on what you chose, and you settle the remaining balance.
